And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Rashtriya Janadesh”, and in “Dainik Bhaskar”, both dated the 11 October, 2015; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas no objection has been received from any person by the Competent Authority.
