अत: अब केंरीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधीकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो िाने पर और उक्त अधीजनयम के धारा ३ (घ) की
उपधारा (१) दवारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, ये घोषणा करती ह ै की उक्त अनुसुची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम का प्रवोक्त
प्रयोिन के जलय अिगन दकया िाना चाजहए;
और अब,केंरीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा ३ (घ) की उपधारा (२) के अनुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ैं

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th September, 2020
S.O. 3191(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways, Department of Road Transport and Highway No.S.O _______ dated_________, published in
Government of India, Extraordinary, Part II,Section 3, Sub-section (ii),issued under section (1) of section 3(A) of the
National Highway Act,1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its
intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (Widening/Two
laning/Four laning, with the paved shoulder etc.) maintenance,management and operation of NH 548 D on the stretch
of from Ahmedpur to Pimpla junction (km.0.00 to 55.615, Pimpla junction to Manjarsumba (km.55.615 to
km.137.300 & Manjarsumba to Chumbli Phata (km.137.300 to 169.437) (Section of Road Ahmedpur-Kopra-
Kinagaon-Ambejogai-Kaij-Manjarsumba-Patoda-Jamkhed, Old SH 56 and New NH 548 D) in the district Latur &
Beed in the state of Maharashtra.
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Daily Zunjar Neta-1” and “Daily
Sayandainik Beed Sarkar-2” both dated “20 January 2020”; under sub-section (3) of section 3(A)of the said Act.
And whereas objections has been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the competent
Authority;
As whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3(D) of the said Act, the Competent Authority has submitted
its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred
by the sub-section (1) of section 3(D) of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified
in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3(D) of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Sehedule shall
