म ें एल.पी.जी गैस के पररवहन हते ु अइ.एच.बी. प्राइवेट जलजमटेड द्वारा पाआपलाइन जबछान े के प्रयोजन के जलए ईपयोग के ऄजधकार के ऄजनज के ऄपन े अिय की घोषणा की थी। और ईक्त राजपत्र ऄजधसूचना की सूचना संबजन्द्धत भू-स्ट्वाजमयों को तारीख 01 ददसम्बर 2020 तक ईपलब्ध करा दी गइ थी, और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 6 की ईपधारा (1) के ऄधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार को ररपोट ज दे दी ह,ै और केन्द्रीय सरकार न,े ईक्त AND NATURAL GAS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th February, 2021 S.O. 781(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of the India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas S. O. No 3338 (E) Dated 24 September 2020 published in the Gazette of the India Gazette No 2982 dated 26 September 2020 and under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying “Kandla-Gorakhpur LPG Gas Pipeline Project” for the transportation of LPG Gas Pipeline Crude Oil in tehsil Soraon District Prayagraj In the state of Uttar Pradesh by IHB Private Limited. And whereas copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public up to 01 December 2020 And whereas the Competent Authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act submitted report to the Central Government; And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline. And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the right of user in the said land for laying the pipeline shall instead of vesting in the Central Government, vest on the date publication of the declaration in IHB Private Limited, free from all encumbrances. IHB Private Limited shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in terms of Section 10 of the P&MP Act, 1962 and no suit claim or legal proceeding would be against the Central Government on any matter relating to the pipeline. Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Published in the Gazette No 2217 dated 29.07.2020, S. O. No. 2509(E) dated 29.07.2020 Part-II,Section-3,Sub-Section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and minerals pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (Hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right of user in the land situated in Tehsil Oari District Jalaun in UP State, specified in the schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipeline for the transportation of LPG from Kandla to Gorakhpur by the IHB Pvt Ltd for implementing the Kandla to Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline Project. And whereas the copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public on 24 September 2020. And whereas the Competent Authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, has submitted his report Central Government. And whereas, the Central Government after Considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of the user therein; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline; And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the right of user of the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the Central Government, vests on the date of publication of the declaration, in IHB Pvt Ltd, free from all encumbrances. And whereas copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public up to 05 December 2020 And whereas the Competent Authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act submitted report to the Central Government; And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline. O. No. 3341(E) dated 24.09.2020 Part-II,Section-3,Sub-Section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and minerals pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (Hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right of user in the land situated in 10 village i.e. (1) Manikchok, (2) Dhorra, (3) Piprai, (4 Kapasi, (5) Madon, (6) Hardari, (7) Jamundhana kalan, (8) Baroda bijlon, (9) Kumrola , (10) Earo of Tehsil Lalitpur District Lalitpur in UP State, specified in the schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipeline for the transportation of LPG from Kandla to Gorakhpur by the IHB Pvt Ltd for implementing the Kandla to Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline Project.
