Implementation Aspects (Inferred):** * **Responsible Agency/Bodies:** * **Central Government:** Responsible for declaring the acquisition and vesting the land. * **Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL):** Likely responsible for the execution, maintenance, management, and operation of the railway project. * **Competent Authority:** Responsible for considering objections and submitting a report to the Central Government. * **Timelines or Procedures:** * The notification follows a prior notification published on February 1, 2022. * The substance of the notification was published in newspapers on February 6, 2022. * Zero objections were received and disallowed. * The land vests in the Central Government upon publication of this notification in the official Gazette. * The text does not provide specific timelines beyond the publication dates mentioned. The process involves notification, consideration of objections, report submission, and finally, the declaration and vesting. **8. Expected Outcomes / Impact of Changes:** The intended outcome of this notification is to secure the land necessary for the construction of the third railway line. * The immediate impact is the transfer of land ownership to the Central Government. * This facilitates the commencement of construction activities for the railway project. * The long-term impact is improved railway infrastructure, potentially leading to better transportation, connectivity, and economic development in the region. * Landowners will likely receive compensation (though this is not explicitly stated in the provided text). **9. Conclusion:** This notification represents a crucial step in the process of land acquisition for a significant railway development project in Bihar. By declaring the acquisition and vesting the land in the Central Government, this notification enables the project to proceed. The notification is of significant importance to landowners, residents, and the broader community who will be impacted by the railway construction and its subsequent operation.
