NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th May, 2016
S.O. 1715(E).—Whereas, certain modifications which the central Government proposed to make in
the Master Plan for Delhi/Zonal Development Plan of Zone-A (Walled City) regarding the area mentioned
hereunder were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, as Public Notice vide S.O. 1062(E) dated
22.04.2015 by the Delhi Development Authority in accordance with the provisions of Section 44 of the Delhi
Development Act, 1957(61 of 1957) inviting objections/suggestions as required by sub-section(3) of Section
11-A of the said Act, within thirty days from the date of the said notice.
2. Whereas, 28 objections/suggestions received with regard to the proposed modification have been
considered by the Board of Enquiry & Hearing set up by Delhi Development Authority under the
Chairmanship of EM, DDA and also approved in the meeting of Delhi Development Authority.
3. Whereas, the Central Government has, after carefully considering all aspects of the matter, decided to
modify the Master Plan for Delhi-2021/Zonal Development Plan of Zone-A (Walled City).
4. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(2) of Section 11-A of the said Act, the
Central Government hereby makes the following modification in the said Master Plan for Delhi-2021/Zonal
Development Plan of Zone-A(Walled City) with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the

The land use of the following area measuring (i) 9124.25 sq.mts. (ii) 607.12 sq.mts. and (iii) 5409.59
sq. mts. in Parda Bagh area is proposed to be changed as per description below:
