NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th July, 2022
S.O. 3374(E).—Whereas, certain modifications which the Central Government proposed to make
in the Zonal Development Plan of Zone-F, regarding the area mentioned hereunder were published in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, as Public Notice vide No. S.O. 1469 (E) dated 30.03.2022 by the Delhi
Development Authority in accordance with the provisions of Section 44 of the Delhi Development Act,
1957 (61 of 1957) inviting objections/ suggestions as required by sub-section (3) of Section 11-A of the
said Act, within forty five (45) days from the date of the said notice.
2. Whereas, no objections / suggestions were received with regard to the proposed modification; and
3. Whereas the Central Government have, after carefully considering all aspects of the matter, decided to
modify the Zonal Development Plan of Zone-F.
4. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section 11-A of the said
Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following modification in the said Zonal Development Plan
of Zone-F with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India.
Modification:
The area under following 5 land parcels measuring 79.73 Ha. of AIIMS to be earmarked as
“Redevelopment Area” on Zonal Development Plan of Zone-F in the Land Use Plan:
a. East Ansari Nagar Campus: 43.54 Ha
b. West Ansari Nagar Campus: 11.33 Ha
c. Masjid Moth Campus: 12.95 Ha
d. Trauma Centre Campus: 5.86 Ha

दिर्ा ह।ै

S.O. 3375(E).—Whereas, certain modifications which the Central Government proposed to make

approved in the meeting of Delhi Development Authority.
3. Whereas, the Central Government have, after carefully considering all aspects of the matter, decided to
modify the Master Plan for Delhi-2021/ Zonal Development Plan of Zone-F.
4. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section 11-A of the said
Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following modification in the said Master Plan for Delhi-
2021/ Zonal Development Plan of Zone-F with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the
