सावधानीपूवक(cid:28) िवचार करने के पKात, क(cid:29)Lीय िव*ुत 0ािधकरण, िव*ुत म=ं ालय, भारत सरकार, मसै स (cid:28) फतहे गढ़–भाडला (cid:19)ासं िमशन िलिमटेड को उपरोD ओवरहडे लाइन को लगान े के िलए व े सभी शिDया ं िन5िलिखत िनबंधनG एवं शतM के साथ 0दान करता ह,ै जो टेलीEाफ के उNेOय के िलए सरकार ?ारा "थािपत टेलीEाफ लाइनG और खंबG या उनके रख-रखाव के िलए या "थािपत होने वाली टेलीEाफ लाइनG और खंबG या उनके रख-रखाव के िलए भारतीय टेलीEाफ अिधिनयम, 1885 के अंतग(cid:28)त टेलीEाफ 0ािधकरण के पास ह:ै— (i) यह अनमु ोदन 25 वषM के िलए 0दान (cid:4)कया जाता ह।ै (ii) आवेदक को 0"तािवत लाइनG क’ "थापना से पूव(cid:28) संबंिधत 0ािधकाRरयG अथा(cid:28)त ् "थानीय िनकायG, रेलवे, राTीय राजमाग,(cid:28) राUय राजमाग(cid:28) आ(cid:4)द क’ सहमित 0ाH करनी होगी। (iii) आवेदक को िव*ुत अिधिनयम, 2003 के तहत समिु चत आयोग के ?ारा तैयार (cid:4)कए गए पारेषण, ओ एंड एम, ओपन ए(cid:10)ससे आ(cid:4)द के िविनयमG/सिं हताV का पालन करना होगा। (iv) आवेदक को ‘‘फतेहगढ़, िजला जैसलमरे राज"थान म(cid:29) अ(cid:6)(cid:19)ा मगे ा सोलर पाक(cid:28) के िलए (cid:19)ांसिमशन’’ पारेषण योजना के तहत िबजली क’ तार(cid:29) िबछाने का उWरदाियXव सYपा गया है। िनमाण(cid:28) कायM का Zयौरा (cid:4)दनाकं मई 25 – मई 31, 2019 के भारत के राजप= म(cid:29) 0कािशत ह।ै (v) आवेदक संबिं धत क(cid:29)L सरकार के िव*तु िनरी\क/मु]य िव*ुत िनरी\क के अनमु ोदन के पKात ही लाइनG का 0चालन करेगा। (vi) यह अनमु ोदन आवेदक ?ारा िव*ुत अिधिनयम, 2003 के 0ावधानG और उसके तहत बनाए गए िनयमG क’ अपे\ाV का अनुपालन (cid:4)कए जाने के अ^यधीन ह।ै (vii) मैसस (cid:28) फतेहगढ़–भाडला (cid:19)ासं िमशन िलिमटेड को िव*ुत िनरी\ण के समय िवमानन एवं र\ा 0ािधकरणG इXया(cid:4)द, अपेि\त अनमु ित को 0ाH करन े के बाद, इसे ORDER New Delhi, the 21st October, 2019 F. No. CEA-PS-11-21(21)/5/2019-PSPA-I Division-Part(1).—whereas, Fatehgarh-Bhadla Transmission Limited (FBTL), the applicant with its registered office at Fatehgarh- Bhadla Transmission Limited, C-105, Anand Niketan, New Delhi-110021 has applied for authorization under Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for laying of electric line under the transmission scheme “Transmission system for Ultra Mega Solar Park in Fatehgarh, distt. Jaisalmer, Rajasthan” with the following scope of work: 1. Fatehgarh Pooling Station- Bhadla (PG) 765 kV D/c line (to be operated at 400 kV). And whereas CEA, Ministry of Power, Government of India vide its letter No. के.िव.(cid:1)ा/1/3/2015/ पी.एस.पी.ऐ.-1/236-237 dated 06.02.2018 had granted prior approval under section 68 (1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 to M/s. Fatehgarh- Bhadla Transmission Limited (FBTL) for the following overhead line covered under the transmission scheme “Transmission system for Ultra Mega Solar Park in Fatehgarh, distt. Jaisalmer, Rajasthan”: 1. Fatehgarh Pooling Station- Bhadla (PG) 765 kV D/c line (to be operated at 400 kV). And now the applicant has requested to confer upon him, all the powers under section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003, which the telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to the placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained by Government or to be so established or maintained for laying of electric lines under the transmission scheme “Transmission system for Ultra Mega Solar Park in Fatehgarh, distt. Bap Jodhpur M/s. Fatehgarh-Bhadla Transmission Limited has complied with the MoP’s procedure for obtaining the authorization under section 164 of Electricity Act, 2003 for the above scheme. Now, after careful consideration, Central Electricity Authority, Ministry of Power, Government of India, under section 164 of4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4] the Electricity Act, 2003, confers all the powers to M/s. Fatehgarh-Bhadla Transmission Limited for laying above overhead line, which telegraph authority possesses under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purposes of a telegraph established or maintained, by Government or to be established or maintained subject to following terms and conditions for installing the above mentioned transmission line, namely: (i) The approval is granted for 25 years; (ii) The Applicant shall have to seek the consent of the concerned authorities i.e. local bodies, Railways, National Highways, State Highways etc. before erection of proposed lines; (iii) The Applicant shall have to follow regulations/codes of the Appropriate Commission regarding transmission, O&M, open access, etc.., framed under Electricity Act, 2003. (iv) The Applicant has been entrusted with the responsibility for laying of overhead line under the transmission scheme “Transmission system for Ultra Mega Solar Park in Fatehgarh, distt. Jaisalmer, Rajasthan”. The details of the works were published in the Gazette of India dated May 25- May 31, 2019. (v) The Applicant shall operate the lines after approval of Electrical Inspector / Chief Electrical Inspector of Central Government; (vi) The approval is subject to compliance of the requirement of the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 and the rules made there under by the applicant. (vii) M/s. Fatehgarh-Bhadla Transmission Limited (FBTL) shall have to submit the requisite clearances to Central Electricity Authority after obtaining the same from concerned authorities like Civil Aviation, Defence etc., at the time of Electrical Inspection.
