इसके अलावा जिन्िस्ट्ू तान पेरोजलयम कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड की मंगलूर-िासन-मैसूर-सोलूर एलपीिी पाइपलाइन
(एम.एच.एम.एस.पी.एल) का उपयोग करने का भी प्रस्ट्ताव ि,ै जिसे जिन्िस्ट्ू तान पेरोजलयम कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड द्वारा
अजधग्रजित दकया गया ि,ै जिसका अजधसूचना संख्या नंबर का. आ. 2725 (अ) दिनांक 09 जसतंबर 2013 और का. आ.
1373 (अ) दिनांक 21 मई 2015 म ें प्रकाजित ि।ै
अत: अब उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उप-धारा (4) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्रीय सरकार
एति्द्वारा जनिेि िेती ि ै दक उक्त भूजम म ें पाइपलाइन जबछान े के जलए प्रयोक्ता का अजधकार, इस घोषणा के प्रकाजित िोन े
की तारीख स,े मंगलरू स े बगें लूर पेरोजलयम उत्पािो की पाइपलाइन जबछान े के जलए पेरोनेट की एम.एच.बी जलजमटेड
(जिन्िस्ट्ू तान पेरोजलयम कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड की सयुक्त उध्यम) और मगं लरू स े बेंगलरू तक पेरोजलयम उत्पािों की

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th June, 2021
S.O. 2275(E).—Whereas Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, is now proposed to lay
Pipeline for transportation of LPG from Hassan to Cheralapalli. The Proposed ROU of Hassan-Cheralapalli
pipeline traverses in the same route that of Petronet MHB Limited’s (A Joint Venture of HPCL)16 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]
Mangalore-Hassan-Bangalore Product Pipeline and HPCL’s Mangalore Hassan – Mysore-Solur LPG
pipeline for 9.7Kmsin Hassan Taluk in Hassan District.
HPCL proposes to make use of about 9.7 km common ROU corridor of Petronet Mangalore-
Hassan-Bangalore Pipeline (PMHBPL) & HPCL’s Mangalore Hassan Mysore Solur LPG Pipeline
(MHMSPL), which was acquired initially by Petronet MHB Limited (A Joint Venture of HPCL) published
in Central Gazette vide, S.O No, 1901(E) dated 23.06.1999 (Amended by S.O. No. 947(E) dated
06.05.2003), S.O. No. 2045(E) dated 15.09.2000, S.O No, 3262(E) dated 29.11.2001, & S.O No, 1964(E)
dated 06.06.2002, Hassan District of Karnataka for Petronet Mangalore-Hassan-Bangalore Pipeline
(PMHBL) and later shared with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited for Mangalore-Hassan-Mysore-
Solur LPG Pipeline (MHMSPL) as common ROU vide S.O. No. 803(E) dated 19.03.2013 published in
Central Gazette on 22.03.2013 & Amendment vide S.O. No. 2751(E) dated 02.09.2013 published in
Central Gazette on 12.09.2013.
Further it is also proposed to make use of HPCL’s Mangalore-Hassan-Mysore-Solur LPG Pipeline
(MHMSPL) ROU acquired by HPCL published in Central Gazette vide S.O. No. 2725(E) dated 09.09.2013
& S.O. No.1373 (E) dated 21.05.2015.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act,
the Central Government hereby directs that the right of user in the lands as specified in the schedule
appended to this notification for laying the pipeline shall, Jointly vest on the date of publication of the
declaration, in the Petronet MHB Limited (Joint Venture of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited )
land for laying petroleum product pipeline from Mangalore to Bangalore, in the Hindustan Petroleum
Corporation Limited for laying LPG pipeline from Mangalore to Hassan-Mysore-Solur as well as in the
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited for laying LPG pipeline from Hassan to Cheralapalli for initial
9.7 Km in Hassan District free from all encumbrances.
