NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th November, 2016
S.O. 3451(E).—Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 & 8A of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), read with rule 3 of the National Highways (Collection of Fees by any person for the Use of Section of
National Highways/Permanent Bridge/Temporary Bridge on National Highway) Rules, 1997, the Central Government,
vide notification S.O. 2070(E) dated 07.08.2009 and amendment notifications S.O. 2180(E) dated 22.06.2016 & S.O. No.
3098 (E) dated 30.09.2016, authorized M/s Oriental Pathways (Indore) Private Ltd. to collect and retain the fee for the
development, operation and maintenance of the existing two lane road into four lane road from Km 12.600 to Km.
84.700 (Indore - Khalghat section) of the National Highway No. 3 in the State of Madhya Pradesh;
Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 & 8A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956),
read with the National Highways (Collection of Fees by any person for the use of section of National
Highways/Permanent Bridge/Temporary Bridge on National Highway) Rules, 1997, the Central Government hereby
makes the following amendment in the notification published vide S.O. 2070(E) dated 07.08.2009 & amendment fee
notification S.O. No. 3098 (E) dated 30.09.2016 and in supersession of the amendment notification published vide S.O.
2180(E) dated 22.06.2016 except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession:-
