NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th January, 2020
S.O. 108(E).—Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956) , read with Rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules,
2008 published vide G.S.R. 838(E) dated 5th December, 2008 and amended from time to time, the Central
Government , vide notification S.O. 2299(E) dated 06.06.2018 authorised National Highways Authority of India to
collect, either through its officials or through a contractor , fee for use of 6 lane from km. 1.000 to km. 136.000
(starting at 1.000 km distance from km 36.083 on NH-1 and ending at 1.000 km distance from km 64.330 on NH-2)
(approximately 135 km.) on National Highway No. NE-II in the state of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.
Now, In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956),
read with Rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008 and amended
from time to time, the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the Notification published vide
S.O. 2299(E) dated 06.06.2018:
