चेनेि) (जवद्यमान चने ेि 401.200 दकमी) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात “उि सेक्िन” कहा गया ह)ै तक के छह लेन म ें
राराजवप चरण-V के अतं गतग सावगिजनक जनिी भागीिारी के जडज़ाइन, जनमागण, जवत्त, प्रचालन और
हस्ट्तांतरण(डीबीएफओटी) आधार पर जवकास करन े हते ु मेससग उियपुर टोलवे प्राइवेट जलजमटेड को िल्ु क संग्रहीत

सा.का.जन. 1964 (अ), तारीख 21.06.2017 के िारा प्रकाजित अजधसूचना में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती ह-ै
अजधसूचना के परै ा 3 को जनम्न प्रकार से पढ़ा िाएगा:-
“3. करार के अनुसार पररयोिना समापन की तारीख और वास्ट्तजवक रूप म ें पररयोिना को समापन करन े
की तारीख तक हुए जवलंब के जलए दकसी प्रकार का प्रयोिा िुल्क नहीं वसूला िाएगा। इस जनयम के प्रयोिन हते ु
पररयोिना के दकसी अनंजतम समापन को पररयोिना का समापन नहीं माना िाएगा।”

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th February, 2020
S.O. 850(E).—Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8A of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), read with rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates
and Collection) Rules, 2008 read along with National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection)
Amendment Rules, 2010, National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Amendment
Rules 2011, National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Second Amendment Rules,
2011, National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Amendment Rules, 2013, National
Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Amendment Rules, 2014 and National Highways Fee
(Determination of Rates and Collection) Amendment Rules, 2015 and its subsequent amendments upto bid
due date and in supersession of the Notification Number S.O. No. 1714(E) dated 26th July, 2012 and S.O. No.
2623(E) dated 30th October, 2012, the Central Government, vide notification S.O. 1964(E) dated 21.06.2017,
authorized M/s Udaipur Tollway Pvt. Ltd. to collect and retain the fee for the development of section from
km. 333.585 (design chainage) (existing chainage km. 287.400) to km. 447.385 (design chainage) (existing
chainage km. 401.200) (hereinafter referred to as the “said section”) of the NH-8 in the state of Rajasthan &
Gujarat to Six lane through Public Private Partnership under NHDP Phase-V on Design, Build, Finance,
Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis;
Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of
1956), read with National Highway Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules 2008, the Central
Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification published vide S.O. 1964(E) dated
21.06.2017:-
Para 3 of the notification shall be read as follows:-
“3. No user fee shall be levied for the delayed period between the date of completion as per
agreement and the date of actual completion of the project, if it is delayed. For the purposes of this rule, any
provisional completion of the project shall not be treated as completion of the project.”
