New Delhi, the 14th January, 2019
S.O. 299(E).—Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8A of the National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956), read with rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008
published vide G.S.R 838(E) dated 5th December, 2008 and amended vide G.S.R. 950(E) dated 3rd December, 2010,
G.S.R. 15(E) dated 12th January, 2011, G.S.R. 1756(E) dated 12th October, 2011, the Central Government, vide
notification S.O. 895(E) dated 26.03.2014, authorized M/s Allahabad Bypass Pathways Private Limited to collect and
retain the fee for the Operation and Maintenance of Allahabad Bypass (including Ganga Bridge Package ABP-1) section
from km 158.000 to km 242.708 (new chainage km 628.753 to km 713.461) on NH-2 in the state of Uttar Pradesh
(hereinafter referred to as the “said section”) on Operation, Maintenance & Transfer (OMT) basis;
Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), read
with the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules 2008 and amended vide G.S.R. 950(E)
dated 3rd December, 2010, G.S.R. 15(E) dated 12th January, 2011, G.S.R. 1756(E) dated 12th October, 2011, the Central
