2018 द्वारा उक्त अजधजनर्म की अनुसूची म ेंिोड़ा;
केन्द रीर् सरकार न,े भारत सरकार के आवासन और िहरी कार् यमंत्रालर् की अजधसूचना संख्र्ा का.आ. 3706 (अ),

केन्द रीर् सरकार ने उक्त अजधजनर्म की धारा 32 की उपधारा (1) के खंड (ख) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तर्ों का प्रर्ोग करत े
हुए, अजधसूचना का.आ. 3706(अ), तारीख 14 अक्टूबर, 2019 और का.आ. 2819(अ), तारीख 19 अगस्ट्त, 2020 को,
क्रमिः अजधसूचना का.आ. 2220, तारीख 7 िनू , 2024 और का.आ. 372(अ), तारीख 21 िनवरी, 2025 द्वारा सिं ोजधत
दकर्ा, जिससे दक उक्त अजधजनर्मों की अनुसूची म ें पुण े मेरो रेल पररर्ोिना कॉररडोर-1 और कॉररडोर-2 के कुछ स्ट्टेिनों के
नाम पररवर्तयत दकए िा सकें;
और केन्दर ीर् सरकार की र्ह रार् ह ैदक मेरो रेल जिससे र्ह संरेखण संबंजधत ह,ै के सजिमायण और अनरु क्षण के जलए
और पररवतयन आवश्र्क ह।ै
अत: अब, केन्द रीर् सरकार उक्त अजधजनर्म की धारा 32 की उपधारा (1) के खडं (ख) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तर्ों का प्रर्ोग
करते हुए, नीचे िी गई सारणी के स्ट्तंभ (2) में जवजनर्ियष् ट अजधसूचनाओं में उक्त सारणी के स्ट्तभं (3) की प्रजवजिर्ों में जवजनर्ििय
जवस्ट् तार तक जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती ह,ै अथायत:्

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th January, 2026
S.O. 180(E).—Whereas in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Metro
Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978 (33 of 1978) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central
Government had extended the application of the provisions of the said Act to the Pune Metropolitan Area in the State
of Maharashtra vide notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Urban Development number
S.O. 2732(E), dated the 21st October, 2014 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-
section (ii);
Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 32 of the said Act, the
Central Government added metro alignment of Pune Metro Rail Project, Phase-1 corridor 1 (Pimpri-Chinchwad to
Swargate) and corridor-2 (Vanaz to Ramwadi) to the Schedule of the said Act vide notification of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs number S.O. 95(E) dated 5th January, 2018;
Whereas the Central Government made alteration to the metro alignment of Pune Metro Rail Project-Phase-1
(Corridor-2) in the Schedule of the said Act by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Housing and
Urban Affairs vide number S.O. 3706(E), dated 14th October, 2019;
Whereas the Central Government made alteration to the metro alignment of Pune Metro Rail Project-Phase-1
(Corridor-1) in the Schedule of the said Act by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Housing and
Urban Affairs vide number S.O. 2819(E), dated 19th August, 2020;
Whereas in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 32 of the said Act, the
Central Government amended the notifications S.O. 3706 (E), dated the 14th October, 2019 and S.O. 2819 (E), dated
the 19th August, 2020 vide notifications S.O 2220, dated the 7th June, 2024 and S.O. 372 (E), dated the 21st January,
2025, to change the names of some stations of Pune Metro Rail Project Corridor-1 and Corridor-2 in the Schedule of
the said Acts;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that further alteration is necessary for the construction
and maintenance of the Metro Railways to which this alignment relates.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 32 of the said
Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notifications specified in column (2) of
the Table below to the extent specified in the entries in column (3) of the said Table, namely: –
