NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th December, 2015
S.O. 3 (E).—Whereas it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary a pipeline should be laid by the
Andhra Pradesh Gas Distribution Corporation Limited, Hyderabad through the specified lands in East Godavari District
in Andhra Pradesh state, in the public interest for the transportation of Natural Gas from Kakinada to Srikakulam.6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]
And whereas it appears that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the Right of User
in the land described in the Schedule annexed to this Notification.
Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Section (i) of the Section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in the land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
declares its intention to acquire the Right of User therein.
Any Person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may within 21 days from the date on which the
copies of this Notification, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the General Public object in writing
to the acquisition of the Right of User therein or laying of the pipeline under the land to the Competent Authority,
Andhra Pradesh Gas Distribution Corporation Limited, Regional Office, D.No.69-4-4/1, Srinivasa Nagar, Kakinada-
533003, Andhra Pradesh.
