कांडला-गोरखपुर पाईपलाइन पररयोिना के अन्द्तगगत पेरोजलयम उत्पाि के पररवहन हते ु कांडला से गोरखपरु तक
आई॰एच॰बी॰ प्राइवेट जलजमटेड द्वारा मध्यप्रििे म ेंपाईपलाइन जबछाई िानी चाजहए ।
और केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाईपलाइन जबछाने के प्रयोिन के जलए यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता ह ै दक उस
भूजम में जिसके भीतर उक्त पाईपलाइन जबछाई िाने का प्रस्ट्ताव ह ै और िो इस अजधसूचना से संलग्न अनुसूची म ें
वर्णगत ह,ै उपयोग के अजधकार का अिगन दकया िाए ।
अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाईपलाइन (भूजम मे उपयोग के अजधकार का अिगन)
अजधजनयम 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 दक उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, उस भूजम
म ें उपयोग के अजधकार का अिनग करने के अपन ेआिय की घोषणा करती ह ै।
कोई व्यजक्त, िो उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णतग भूजम में जहतबद्ध ह,ै उस तारीख से जिसको,भारत के रािपत्र म ें
यथा प्रकाजित इस अजधसूचना की प्रजतयााँ साधारण िनता को उपलब्ध करा िी िाती है, इक्कीस दिन के अन्द्िर भूजम
के भीतर पाईपलाइन जबछाये िाने हते ु उपयोग के अजधकार के अिगन के जलए सक्षम प्राजधकारी आई॰एच॰बी॰ प्राइवेट
जलजमटेड को जलजखत रूप म ें आक्षेप भेि सकेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th August, 2020
S.O. 2716(E).— Whereas, It appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the
public interest that for the transportation of Petroleum Product from Kandla to Gorakhpur in the state
of Madhya Pradesh a pipeline should be laid by IHB Private Limited.
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such
pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the right of user in land under which the said pipeline is proposed
to be laid and which is described in the Schedule annexed hereto;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the
Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the
Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;
Any person interested in the land describe in the said schedule may, within twenty one days
from the date on which copies of the Gazette of India containing this notification are made available
to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein for laying of the
pipeline under the land to competent Authority, IHB Private Limited,
