एक पाइपिाइन लबछाई जानी चालहए।
और केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाइपिाइन लबछान े के प्रयोजन के लिए यह आवश्यक प्रिीि होिा ह ै दक उस भूलम में
जो इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में वर्णिि ह ै और लजसमें उक्त पाइपिाइन लबछाए जान े का प्रस्िाव ह,ै उपयोग के अलिकार का
अजजन दकया जाये।
अि: अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेट्रोलियम और खलनज पाइपिाइन (भूलम में उपयोग के अलिकार का अजजन) अलिलनयम,
1962 (1962 का 50) की िारा (3) की उप-िारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त शलक्तयों का प्रयोग करिे हुए, उस भूलम म ें उपयोग के
अलिकार का अजजन करन े के अपने आशय दक घोषिा करिी ह।ै
कोई व्यलक्त, जो उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णिि भूलम में लहिबद्ध ह,ै उस िारीख से इस अलिसूचना से युक्त भारि के राजपत्र
की प्रलियॉ सािारि जनिा को उपिब्ि करा िी जािी ह,ै इक्कीस दिन के भीिर भूलम के नीचे पाइपिाइन लबछाए जाने के
लिए उसम ें उपयोग के अलिकर के अजजन के सम्बन्द्ि म ें सक्षम प्रालिकारी, ऑयि एण्ड नेचरु ि गसै कॉरपोरेशन लिलमिेड, ओिड

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st April, 2017
S.O. 1301(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that for
the transportation of Natural Gas from Gojalia GCS (Tripura) to OTPC Palatana (Tripura) a pipeline should be laid
in the state of Tripura by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited.
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipelines, it is necessary
to acquire the right of user in land under which the said pipelines are proposed to be laid and which are described in the
Schedule annexed here to;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
declares its intention to acquire the right of user there in;
Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty- one days from the date on
which copies of the Gazette of India containing this notification are made available to the general public, object in
writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein for laying of the pipelines under the land to Competent Authority,
Old OBH Building, ONGC South colony, Badharghat, Agartala-799014.
