for the transportation of the petroleum product in the state of Uttar Pradesh Pipeline should be laid for implementing of Kandla to Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline Project by the IHB Private Limited. And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline. It is necessary to acquire the right of user (ROU) in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, and which is described in the Schedule annexed to this notification.
