New Delhi, the 26th November, 2020
S.O. 4318(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government, that it is necessary in the public interest that
for the transportation of the petroleum product in the state of Uttar Pradesh Pipeline should be laid for implementing
of Kandla to Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline Project by the IHB Private Limited.
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline. It is
necessary to acquire the right of user (ROU) in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, and
which is described in the Schedule annexed to this notification.
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of Section 3 of the petroleum and
Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of user in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
declares its intention to acquire the right of user there in;
Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule, may submit objection in writing to Special
Land Acquisition Officer Gorakhpur/ Competent Authority, IHB Private Limited, Kandla-Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline
(KGPL), Dist.-Gorakhpur (UP) within twenty one days from the date on which the copies of the notification Issued
under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the

का.आ. 4320(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसा प्रतीत होता ह ै दक लोकजहत म ें यह आवश्यक ह ै दक उत्तर प्रिेि
राज्य म ें पेरोजलयम पिार्थों के पररवहन के जलए काण्डला (गुिरात) स ेगोरखपरु (उ.प्र.) एल.पी.िी. पाइपलाइन पररयोिना
के दियान्द्वयन हते ु आई.एच.बी. प्राइवेट जलजमटेड द्वारा पाइपलाइन जबछाई िाना आवश्यक ह ै।
केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाइपलाइन जबछाने के प्रयोिन के जलए यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता ह ै दक उस भूजम म ें
जिसके भीतर उक्त पाइपलाइन जबछाई िाने का प्रस्ट्ताव ह ै और िो इस अजधसूचना स े सलं ग्न अनसु ूची म े वर्णित ह,ै उपयोग

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन (भूजम म ें उपयोग के अजधकार का अििन)
अजधजनयम 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 दक उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, उस भूजम म ें
उपयोग के अजधकार का अििन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती ह ै।
कोई व्यजक्त, िो उक्त अनुसूची म ें वर्णित भूजम म ें जहतबद्ध ह,ै उस तारीख स,े जिसको इस अजधसूचना म ें युक्त भारत
के रािपत्र की प्रजतया ाँ साधारण िनता को उपलब्ध करा िी िाती ह,ै इक्कीस दिन के भीतर भूजम के नीच े पाइपलाइन
जबछाय े िाने हते ु उसम ें उपयोग के अजधकार के संबंध म ें जविेष भूजम अध्याजि अजधकारी, गोरखपरु /सक्षम प्राजधकारी

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th November, 2020
S.O. 4320(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government, that it is necessary in the public interest that
for the transportation of the petroleum product in the state of Uttar Pradesh Pipeline should be laid for implementing
of Kandla to Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline Project by the IHB Private Limited.
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline. It is
necessary to acquire the right of user (ROU) in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, and
which is described in the Schedule annexed to this notification.
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the petroleum and
Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of user in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
declares its intention to acquire the right of user there in;
Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule, may submit objection in writing to Special
Land Acquisition Officer Gorakhpur/Competent Authority, IHB Private Limited, Kandla-Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline
(KGPL), Dist.-Gorakhpur (UP) within twenty one days from the date on which the copies of the notification Issued
under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the
general public.

राज्य म ें पेरोजलयम पिार्थों के पररवहन के जलए काण्डला (गुिरात) स ेगोरखपरु (उ.प्र.) एल.पी.िी. पाइपलाइन पररयोिना
के दियान्द्वयन हते ु आई.एच.बी. प्राइवेट जलजमटेड द्वारा पाइपलाइन जबछाई िाना आवश्यक ह ै।
केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाइपलाइन जबछाने के प्रयोिन के जलए यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता ह ै दक उस भूजम म ें
जिसके भीतर उक्त पाइपलाइन जबछाई िाने का प्रस्ट्ताव ह ै और िो इस अजधसूचना स े सलं ग्न अनसु ूची म े वर्णित ह,ै उपयोग
के अजधकार का अििन दकया िाए ।
अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन (भूजम म ें उपयोग के अजधकार का अििन)
अजधजनयम 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 दक उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, उस भूजम म ें
उपयोग के अजधकार का अििन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती ह ै।
कोई व्यजक्त, िो उक्त अनुसूची म ें वर्णित भूजम म ें जहतबद्ध ह,ै उस तारीख स,े जिसको इस अजधसूचना म ें युक्त भारत
के रािपत्र की प्रजतया ाँ साधारण िनता को उपलब्ध करा िी िाती ह,ै इक्कीस दिन के भीतर भूजम के नीच े पाइपलाइन
जबछाय े िाने हते ु उसम ें उपयोग के अजधकार के संबंध म ें जविेष भूजम अध्याजि अजधकारी, गोरखपरु /सक्षम प्राजधकारी

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th November, 2020
S.O. 4321(E).— Whereas, it appears to the Central Government, that it is necessary in the public interest that
for the transportation of the petroleum product in the state of Uttar Pradesh Pipeline should be laid for implementing
of Kandla to Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline Project by the IHB Private Limited.
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline. It is
necessary to acquire the right of user (ROU) in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, and
which is described in the Schedule annexed to this notification.
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of Section 3 of the petroleum and
Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of user in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
declares its intention to acquire the right of user there in;
Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule, may submit objection in writing to Special
Land Acquisition Officer Gorakhpur/ Competent Authority, IHB Private Limited, Kandla-Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 53
(KGPL), Dist.-Gorakhpur (UP) within twenty one days from the date on which the copies of the notification Issued
under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the
general public.
