और केन्द्र सरकार को यह अवश्यक प्रतीत होता ह ै दक ईक्त पाइपलाआन जबछान े के प्रयोजन के जलए ऐसी भूजम में, जो आस ऄजधसूचना स े संलग्न ऄनुसूची में वर्णणत ह ैतथा जजसमें ईक्त पाइपलाआन जबछान े का प्रस्ट्ताव है, ईपयोग के ऄजधकार का ऄजजन दकया जाय;े ऄतः ऄब, केन्द्र सरकार, पेरोजलयम एव ं खजनज पाइपलाआन्द्स (भूजम म ें ईपयोग के ऄजधकार का ऄजजन) ऄजधजनयम,1962 (1962 का 50 ) की धारा 3 की ईप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, संलग्न ऄनुसूची में वर्णणत भूजम म ेंईपयोग के ऄजधकार का ऄजनज करने के ऄपने अिय की घोषणा करती है; And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipelines, it is necessary to acquire the Right of User in Land under which the said pipelines are proposed to be laid and which is described in the Schedule annexed hereto; Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) the Central Government hereby Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and declares its intention to acquire the Right of User therein;
