NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th January, 2018
S.O. 536(E).— Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that the
transportation of water/gas and oil from 8” DIA OIL LINE FROM D/S-LM #181 EPS To LM #108 and 4” DIA WATR
INJECTION LINE FROM D/D-LM #191 TO LM #125,. A pipeline should be laid in state of Gujarat by Oil and Natural
Gas Corporation (ONGC).
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is necessary to
acquire the right of user in land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is described in the
schedule annexed here.8 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]
Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by sub – section (1) of Section 3 of Petroleum and Minerals
Pipeline ( Acquisition of Right of user in land ) Act, 1962 (50 to 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its
intention to acquir the right of user therein;
Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty-one days from the date on
which copies of the Gazette of India containing this notification are made available to the public, objection in writing to
the acquisition of the right of user therein for laying of the pipeline under the land to Ms. R H Gadhavi, Competent
Authority, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Gujarat State, B -220, ONGC Colony Western Sector,
Chandkheda, Ahmedabad – 38005, Gujarat.
