NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th June, 2015
S.O. 1740(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government, that it is necessary in the public
interest that for the transportation of Petroleum crude from Salaya in the State of Gujarat to Mathura in the
state of Uttar Pradesh a pipeline should be laid for implementing De-Bottlenecking Project under Salaya-
Mathura Pipeline by the Indian Oil Corporation Limited;
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it
is necessary to acquire the right of user in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, and
which is described in the Schedule annexed to this notification;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum
and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in land ) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central
Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;
Any person who is interested in the land described in the said schedule, may submit objection in
writing to Shri Sanjeev Kumar Pandey, Competent Authority (Rajasthan) Indian Oil Corporation Limited
(Pipelines Division) Construction Office, Plot No. 38-39, SDC Vinay, Block II (4th floor), Mauji Colony,
Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan-302017 within twenty one days from the date on which the copies of this
notification issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the Gazette of India,
are made available to the general public.
