for the transportation of Petroleum Product from Paradip-Somnathpur -Haldia a pipeline should be laid in State of
Odisha by Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
And whereas, it appears to the Indian Government that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is necessary
to acquire the right of user in land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is described in the
Schedule annexed hereto;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;
Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty one days from the date

सोमनाथपुर-हल् दीआ स े पेरोजलयम उत् पादक के पवरवहन के जलए इंजडयन ऑयल कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड के द्वारा पाईप लाइन
जबछाई जानी चाजहए
और केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाइप लाइन जबछान े के प्रयोजन के जलए यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता ह ै ऐसी भूजम म ें
जो इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची मे वर्णणत ह ैऔर जजस में उक्त पाइपलाइन जबछाई जाने का प्रस्ट् ताव ह ैउपयोग के अजधकार अजन
दकया जाए ।
अत: अब केन्द्रीय सरकार पेरोजलयम और खजनज पाइप लाईन्द् स भभूजम उपयोग के अजधकार अज न अजधजनयम
1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उपधारा भ1 द्वारा प्रदत् त िजक्तयक का प्रयोग करते ुएए उस भूजम के उपयोग के
अजधकार अज न करन े के अपन ेआिय की घोषणा करती है ।
कोई व्यजक्त जो उक्त अनुसुची में वर्णणत भूजम म ें जहतबद्ध ह ै उस तावरख से जजस को इस अजधसूचना स े युक् त
भारत के राजपत्र दक प्रजतया साधारण जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती ह ै इक्कीस ददन के भीतर भूजम के नीच े

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th September, 2020
S.O. 4061(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Indian Government that it is necessary in the public
interest that for the transportation of Petroleum Product from Paradip-Somnathpur -Haldia a pipeline
should be laid in State of Odisha by Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
And whereas, it appears to the Indian Government that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is
necessary to acquire the right of user in land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which
is described in the Schedule annexed hereto;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum
and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central
Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;
Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty one days from
the date on which copies of the Gazette of India containing this notification are made available to the
general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein for laying of the pipeline
under the land to Shri Sanatan Mallik, Competent Authority, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Pipelines
Division Quarter No. MC-103 PPT Colony, Madhuban Paradip. Post Box No. 83, Paradip Mukhya Dak
