Sub- Addition of area in M/s Container Corporation of India Limited Multi Modal Logistics Park CFS
(CONCOR MMLP CFS), Visakhapatnam-regarding.
S.O. 5174(E).—Whereas M/s CONCOR MMLP CFS has been notified in exercise of the powers conferred
under sub Section (a) of Section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), as “Customs Area” vide this office
Notification No. 01/2015(CUSTOMS) (NT)(VSP) dated 20.05.2015 by the Principal Commissioner of Customs
Visakhapatnam for storage of containers and goods contained therein imported through Visakhapatnam Port and for
stuffing of export cargo and de-stuffing of import cargo, exported /imported through Visakhapatnam Port.
Now in exercise of powers conferred under sub Section (b) of Section 8 of the Customs Act 1962 (52 of 1962),
I, Dr. D. K. Srinivas, Commissioner of Customs Visakhapatnam , upon the request of M/s CONCOR MMLP
Visakhapatnam vide their letter No. CON/SCR/MMLP_VSKP/2018 dated 23.08.2018 and dated 29.08.2018, for
inclusion of additional area of 24.78 acres as per enclosed drawing, hereby extends the Customs Area by including 24.78
acres to the existing 10.12 acres to be proper place for unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any
class of such goods declared earlier vide Notification No. 01/2015(CUSTOMS) (NT)(VSP) dated 20.05.2015.The
amended boundaries and limits of the Customs Area are given in the schedule below—
