Larsen & Toubro Limited had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services (IT/ITES) at KIADB, Industrial Area, Taluka Hebbel-Hootagally, District Mysore in the State of Karnataka; And, whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, notified and de-notified 10 hectares and 0.15 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notifications Number S.O. 2343(E) dated 27th September, 2010 and S.O. 566(E) dated 27th January, 2020, respectively; AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Larsen & Toubro Limited has now proposed for include addition area of 2.01 hectares area as a part of above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government after considering the said proposal approved and conveyed it on 09th March, 2020; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies an additional area of 2.01 hectares, as a part of above Special Economic Zone, thereby making the total area of the Special Economic Zone as 11.86 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the areas given below in the table, namely:-[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 TABLE FOR ADDITIONAL AREA Sl.
