NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th July, 2018
S.O. 3733(E).—Whereas, M/s. RMZ Ecoworld Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd (formally M/s. Adarsh Prime Project Pvt.
Ltd) had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the
said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology
enabled services at Devarabeesanahalli, Bhoganahalli and Doddakannahalli Villages, Varthur Hobli, Bangalore, in the
State of Karnataka;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4
of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified and de-notified the following
areas at above Special Economic Zone as per the details given below:—

AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, further approved the request of change of name from M/s. Adarsh
Prime Project Pvt. Ltd to M/s. RMZ Ecoworld Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd vide letter dated 27th September, 2012;
AND, WHEREAS, M/s. RMZ Ecoworld Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd has now proposed to include an area of 1.386
hectares as a part of above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government after considering the said proposal
approved and conveyed it on 15th February, 2018;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of
the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the
Central Government hereby notifies an additional area of 1.386 hectares, as a part of above Special Economic Zone,
thereby making total area of the Special Economic Zone as 11.945 hectares, comprising the survey number and the area
given below in the table, namely:-
