Sub : De-notifying CONCOR CFS (INVTZ1CON1), 1 Town Area, Old Vizagpatnam Railway Station,
Visakhapatnam – reg.
S.O. 4416(E).—Whereas M/s. CONCOR CFS, 1 Town Area, Old Vizagpatnam Railway Station,
Visakhapatnam has been notified in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section (a) of Section 8 of the
Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), as “Customs Area” vide this office Notification No.02/2006-CUS (NT)
dated 11.07.2006 by the Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Visakhapatnam for storage of containers
and goods contained therein imported through Visakhapatnam Port and for stuffing of export cargo and
de-stuffing of import cargo, exported/imported through Visakhapatnam Port.
Now, in exercise of powers conferred under Sub-Section (a) of Section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962
(52 of 1962), I, Dr. D.K. Srinivas, Principal Commissioner of Customs, Visakhapatnam, upon the request of
M/s. CONCOR CFS, Visakhapatnam, vide their letter No. CON/CFSV/Customs/109 dated 19.11.2019 and
28.11.2019 hereby de-notify the Customs Area of M/s. CONCOR CFS, 1 Town Area, Old Vizagapatnam
Railway Station, Visakhapatnam, which was declared vide Notification No.02/2006-CUS (NT) dated
11.07.2006, with immediate effect.
