NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th April, 2017
S.O. 1286(E).—WHEREAS, M/s. Divi’s Laboratories Limited, had proposed under Section 3 of the
Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), to set up a Special
Economic Zone for Pharmaceuticals at Village-Chippada, Visakhapatnam District, in the State of Andhra
Pradesh;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, had notified the
following areas at above Special Economic Zone as per the details given below:—

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of
section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones
Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies an additional area of 9.21 hectares (22.76 Acres), as a
part of above Special Economic Zone, thereby making total area of the Special Economic Zone as 141.853
hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table namely:—
