S.O. 4574(E).—Whereas, M/s. Sri City Pvt. Ltd. (formerly M/s. Satyavedu Reserve Infracity Private Limited),
had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said
Act) to set up a Multi-Product Special Economic Zone at Chengambakkam, Appaiahpalem, Gollavaripalem,
Mallavaripalem, Aroor, Moporapalle and Cherivi Villages, Satyavedu and Vardayya Palem Mandals in the State of
Andhra Pradesh;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Sri City Pvt. Ltd. has now proposed for de-notification of 45.799 hectares from the
above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Andhra Pradesh has given its approval to the proposal vide letter
No. INC01-IND0PNC(SEZ)/1/2019-INFRA dated 13.11.2019;
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Sri City, SEZ has recommended the proposal for de-
notification of an area of 45.799 hectares of the Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3
of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of
the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the
Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 45.799 hectares, thereby making the resultant area as 635.217
hectares, comprising the Survey numbers and the areas given below in the table, namely:-
