NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th August, 2020
No.L-1/250/2019/CERC.—Whereas the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Sharing
of Inter-State Transmission Charges and Losses) Regulations, 2020 was, on 01.07.2020, published in
the Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part III, Section 4, No. 243),
Whereas, the Clause (3) of Regulation (1) of the said regulations provides that the Regulations
shall come into force from the date to be notified by the Commission,
And now, therefore, it is notified that the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Sharing
of Inter-State Transmission Charges and Losses) Regulations, 2020 shall come into force with effect
from 01.11.2020.
