कारण भूिम, भवन, गली, सड़क, रा(cid:7021)त े आ(cid:7408)द के (cid:7021) वामी या अिधभोिगय(cid:7298) को (cid:7008) यूनतम असुिवधा या क(cid:7407)ठनाई का सामना करना
पड़े।
और उ(cid:6989)त अनुसूची म(cid:7286) उि(cid:7016)ल िखत (cid:6979)े(cid:7074) क(cid:7409) योजना का िनरी(cid:6979)ण (cid:7079)बंध िनदेशक, कोलकाता मे(cid:7069)ो रेल िनगम िलिमटेड,
रेल मं(cid:7074)ालय के अधीन एक क(cid:7286)(cid:7076)ीय लोक उप(cid:7059)म, के काया(cid:6981)लय म (cid:7286)(cid:7408)कया जा सकेगा।
अत: अब क(cid:7286)(cid:7076)ीय सरकार, भूिमगत रेल (संकम(cid:6981) संि(cid:7008) नमा(cid:6981)ण) अिधिनयम, 1979 (1978 का 33) क(cid:7409) धारा 21 क(cid:7409)
उपधारा (1) (cid:7367)ारा (cid:7079)द(cid:7004) त शि(cid:6989)त य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करते (cid:7263)ए उ(cid:6989) त अिधिनयम क(cid:7409) धारा 21 क(cid:7409) उपधारा (1) के खंड (ख) के अधीन
यह िनदेश देती ह ै (cid:7408)क संबंिधत भवन(cid:7298) अथवा उनके समीप ि(cid:7021) थत (cid:7021)थ ल(cid:7298) के नीचे भूिमगत रेल के िनमा(cid:6981)ण के िलए सरु ंग बो(cid:7411)रग
मशीन(cid:7298) के गुजरने के दौरान सुर(cid:6979)ा सुिनि(cid:7019) चत करने हते ु अनुसूची म(cid:7286) उि(cid:7016) लिखत भवन(cid:7298) के िनवािसय(cid:7298) एवं वहां ि(cid:7021) थत

(Metro Railway)
NOTIFICATION
Kolkata, the 19th July, 2017
S.O. 2446(E).—Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient
for facilitating the construction of Metro Railway from Salt Lake Sector–V to Howrah Maidan in the city of
Kolkata, Salt Lake and Howrah and other works connected therewith for public purpose.
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that due care has been taken so that minimum
inconvenience and hardship are caused to the owners or occupiers of the land, building, street, road, passage
etc. for construction of Metro Railway from east bank of river Hooghly along Brabourne Road upto
Mahakaran Station besides Laldighi in the city of Kolkata.
And whereas the building area mentioned in the enclosed schedule may be inspected in the office of
the Managing Director, Kolkata Metro Rail Corporation Limited, a Central Public Sector Enterprise under
Ministry of Railways.
Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 21 of the Metro
Railway (Construction of Works) Act, 1978 (33 of 1978), the Central Government hereby directs under¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(ii)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3
clause (b) of sub-section 1) of Section 21 of the said Act, that the residents and people of business units
located in the buildings mentioned in the Schedule shall be evacuated temporarily for safety measure during
passage of Tunnel Boring Machines for construction of underground metro Railway below the respective
buildings or in the near vicinity. The residents of the said building shall be provided with temporary
accommodation free of cost. The duration of temporary evacuation and the address for the same shall be
communicated to the residents as and when required.
Every person shall be bound to comply with the directions, as specified in sub-section (5) of
section 21 of the said Act.
