“िमल ने (cid:4)दनांक 08.02.2018 के आदेश सा.का.िन. सं( या 149 (अ) को छोड़कर चीनी मौसम 2017-18 के दौरान खा< और
साव2जिनक िवतरण िवभाग )ारा चीनी िमल(cid:28) को (cid:4)दए गए सभी आदेश(cid:28)/िनदशे (cid:28) का पूण2 अनुपालन (cid:4)कया हो”।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th June, 2018
No. 1(5)/2018-S.P.-I—Whereas, the Central Government, with a view to offset the cost of cane and facilitate
timely payment of cane price dues of farmers for sugar season 2017-18 notified the Scheme for Assistance to Sugar
Mills vide notification No. 1(5)/2018-S.P.-I dated 9.5.2018.
2. Now in pursuance of para 6 of the said notification, Central Government has decided that para 2(c) of the notification
may be read as under:-
“The mill should have fully complied with all the orders/directives of Department of Food and Public
Distribution (DFPD) to the sugar mills during 2017-18 sugar season except the order G.S.R. No. 149 (E) dated
8.2.2018”.
