Neeta Tahiliani, Deputy Secretary (Budget), Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs has been given additional charge of the Controller of Stationery; And whereas, there is an urgent need to make an arrangement to provide for the performance of the functions of the appointing authority, disciplinary authority and appellate authority hitherto exercised by the Controller of Stationery for smooth functioning in the Government of India Stationery Office in the absence of a regular incumbent to the post of Controller of Stationery in the Government of India Stationery Office. Now, therefore, in pursuance of sub-rule (2) of Rule 9 and sub-rule (2) of Rule 12 of the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, the President hereby authorizes Smt. Neeta Tahiliani, Deputy Secretary (Budget) in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs to exercise powers of the appointing authority, disciplinary authority and appellate authority vested in the Controller of Stationery in respect of Group ‘B’, Group ‘C’ and Group ‘D’ posts (upgraded to Group ‘C’ as Multi Tasking Staff) in the Government of India Stationery Office till a regular appointment is made to the post of Controller of Stationery, in the Government of India Stationery Office or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
