अत:, केंद्रीय सरकार, ददल्ली जवकास अजधजनयम, 1957 (1957 का 61) की धारा 22 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा
प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, तत्काल प्रभाव से, उक्त क्षेत्रों के जवकास और अनुरक्षण के प्रयोजन के जलए और ऐस े
कदम उठाए जान े के जलए, जो इन क्षेत्रों के प्रयोजन को पूरा करने तथा ऐसा जवकास जो समय-समय पर अजधसूजचत ददल्ली
के मास्ट्टर प्लान के जवस्ट्तार के अनुसार दकया जाएगा, करने के जलए अपेजक्षत ह,ै ददल्ली जवकास प्राजधकरण के जनपटान पर
उक्त ग्राम क्षेत्रों के ऐसे स्ट्थान जनजित करती है, जो उनके िहरीकरण पर केंद्रीय सरकार में जनजहत होंगे और नीचे दी गई

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th September, 2020
S.O. 3302(E).—Whereas, the Department of Urban Development, Government of the National
Capital Territory of Delhi vide notification number F7(128)/DLB/2019/000580156/14600-15, dated the
20th November, 2019, published in the Delhi Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV, dated the 21st November,
2019 declared the areas of seventy-nine villages mentioned in the Schedule to the said notification, as urban
areas;
And whereas, under clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 150 of Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954
(8 of 1954) the Gaon Sabha areas (The old Abadis as well as the entire Revenue Estate) of said villages
declared as urban areas have been vested in the Central Government.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Delhi
Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), the Central Government hereby places, with immediate effect, the
areas of the said villages, which have vested in the Central Government on their urbanisation and specified
in Column (3) of the Schedule below, at the disposal of the Delhi Development Authority for the purpose
of development and maintenance of the said areas and for taking such steps as may be required to serve the
purpose and development of these areas which shall be done as per the extant Master Plan of Delhi notified
from time to time.
