2761 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] और िबदक उक्त प्रारुप जिजनयमों पर िनता से प्राि आपजियों और सुझािों पर इंस्ट्टीट्यूट की पररषद द्वारा जिचार दकया गया ह;ै अब, अत:, लागत लेखापाल अजधजनयम, 1959 की धारा 39 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, पररषद, केंद्रीय सरकार के अनुमोदन से, लागत और संकमग लेखापाल जिजनयम, 1959 में और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जिजनयम बनाती ह,ै अथागत:् -

1. (1) इस जिजनयमन को लागत और संकमग लेखापाल (संिोधन) जिजनयम, 2025 कहा िाएगा।

(2) ये िासकीय रािपत्र म ेंइसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृि होंगे।

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th April, 2025 F. No. CWR(1)/2025.—Whereas the draft Regulations further to amend the Cost and Works Accountants Regulations, 1959, was published, as required by sub-section (3) of section 39 of the Cost Accountants Act, 1959 (23 of 1959), in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4, dated the 8th October, 2024, vide notification number CWR(1) 2024, dated the 7th October, 2024, inviting objections and suggestions from persons likely to be affected thereby, before the expiry of thirty days from the date on which the said Gazette containing the notification was made available to the public;

And whereas the copy of the said Gazette was made available to the public on the 8th October, 2024;

And whereas the objections and suggestions received from the public on the said draft regulations have been considered by the Council of the Institute;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 39 of the Cost Accountants Act, 1959, the Council, with the approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Cost and Works Accountants Regulations, 1959, namely:-

1. (1) This regulation may be called the Cost and Works Accountants (Amendment) Regulations, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3

2. In the Cost and Works Accountants Regulations, 1959, in regulation 89, for the word “Calcutta”,* the word “Delhi” shall be substituted.
