NOTIFICATION
Gurugram, the 27th March, 2018
No. JERC-18/2014.—WHEREAS the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the State of Goa and Union
Territories (hereinafter referred to as “the Commission”) notified the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the
State of Goa and Union Territories (Multi Year Distribution Tariff) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2016.
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of powers conferred under sub-Section (1) of Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003
and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Commission amends the Multi Year Distribution Tariff (Second
Amendment) Regulations, 2016 as under:-
REGULATION
1. SHORT TITLE, EXTENT AND COMMENCEMENT
(1) These Regulations shall be called the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the State of Goa and
Union Territories (Multi Year Distribution Tariff) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2018.
(2) These Regulations shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in official Gazette.
2. Amendment of Clause (2) of the Commission’s Multi Year Distribution Tariff (Second Amendment)
Regulations, 2016
The said Clause (2) regarding Fuel and Power Purchase Cost Adjustment formula (FPPCA) along with its
schedule and illustration 1 & 2 shall stand repealed from the date of coming into force of these Regulations.
