NOTIFICATION
Bengaluru, the 20th April, 2023
S.O. 1794(E).—The Ministry of Railway, Govt. of India, hereby withdraws from acquisition, the lands
specified in the Schedule below, in respect of which notification vide S.O. 2507 (E) dated 14th June’ 2021 was issued
under Section 20A (1) of Railway Act, 1989 and published in Gazette of India dated 24th June 2021 and subsequent
declaration under Section 20E of the Act vide notification S.O. 2635(E) dated 09th June 2022 published in the Gazette
of India dated 09th June 2022, as the area indicated in the Schedule has appeared more than the area demarcated on the
site after final Joint Measurement Survey with the Officials of Directorate of Settlement & Land Records (DSLR),
Govt. of Goa and few Survey numbers are withdrawn due to change in alignment to avoid existing structures.
