L.-33004/99 xxxGIDHxxx ससीी..जजीी..--डडीी..एएललxx..x--GअअID..--E00xx77x00 3322002255--226611550011 CCGG--DDLL--EE--0077003322002255--226611550011 असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 127] नई दिल्ली, िुक्वार, माच ा7, 2025/फाल्ग नु 16, 1946 No. 127] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, MARCH 7, 2025/PHALGUNA 16, 1946 पर्ाावरण, वन और िलवार् ु पररवतना मत्रं ालर् अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 25 फरवरी, 2025 सा.का.जन. 161(अ).— राष्ट्रपजत, संजवधान के अनुच्छेि 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजिर्ों का प्रर्ोग करत े हुए तथा भारतीर् प्राणी सवेक्षण (केन्रीर् सेवा वगा-III पि) भती जनर्म, 1963 को, िहां तक उनका संबंध कजनष्ठ चमाप्रसाधक के पि स े ह,ै उन बातों के जसवार् अजधक्ांत करत े हुए, जिन्ह ें ऐसे अजधक्मण स े पूव ा दकर्ा गर्ा ह ैं र्ा करन े का लोप दकर्ा गर्ा ह,ै पर्ाावरण, वन और िलवार्ु पररवतान मंत्रालर् के अधीन भारतीर् प्राणी सवेक्षण म ें कजनष्ठ चमाप्रसाधक ग्रडे -III के पि पर भती की पद्धजत को जवजनर्मन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनर्म बनात े ह,ैं अथाात:- 1. सजं क्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन जनर्मों का संजक्षप्त नाम भारतीर् प्राणी सवेक्षण मंत्रालर् (चमाप्रसाधक ग्रडे III) भती जनर्म, 2025 ह।ै (2) र् ेसरकारी रािपत्र म ेंउनके प्रकािन की तारीख स ेप्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. पिों की सख्ं र्ा, वगीकरण और वते न मरै रक्स म ेंस्ट्तर.- उि पि की संख्र्ा, उसका वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक्स म ें उसका स्ट्तर वह होगा िो इन जनर्मों स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची स्ट्तंभ (2) स े स्ट्तंभ (4) म ें जवजनर्िाष्ट ह।ैं 3. भती की पद्धजत, आर्-ु सीमा, अहता ाएं आदि.- उि पि पर भती पद्धजत, आर्-ु सीमा, अहता ाएं और उससे संबंजधत अन्र् बात ें वे होंगी िो उि अनसु ूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) स े (13) म ें जवजनर्िाष्ट ह।ैं 4. जनरहता ा - वह व्यजि, - (क) जिसने ऐस े व्यजि स,े जिसका पजत र्ा जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत ह,ै जववाह दकर्ा ह,ै र्ा जववाह की संजविा की ह ैर्ा (ख) जिसने अपन े पजत र्ा पत्नी के िीजवत रहत े हुए दकसी व्यजि स े जववाह दकर्ा ह,ै र्ा जववाह की संजविा की ह ै 1602 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] उि पि पर जनर्ुजि के जलए पात्र नहीं होगा: परन्त ु र्दि केन्रीर् सरकार का र्ह समाधान हो िाता ह ै दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के अन्र् पक्षकार पर लाग ू स्ट्वीर् जवजध के अधीन अनज्ञु ेर् ह ै और ऐसा करन े के जलए अन्र् आधार ह ैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनर्म के प्रवतना स ेछूट िे सकेगी। 5. जिजथल करन े की िजि- िहां केन्रीर् सरकार की र्ह रार् ह ै दक ऐसा करना आवश्र्क र्ा समीचीन ह,ै वहा ं वह उसके जलए िो कारण ह ैं उन्ह ें लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनर्मों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी वगा र्ा प्रवगा के व्यजिर्ों की बाबत, आिेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी। 6. व्यावजृ त्तर्ा-ं इन जनर्मों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आर्-ु सीमा म ें छूट और अन्र् ररर्ार्तों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालगे ी, जिनका केन्रीर् सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध म ें समर् समर् पर िारी दकए ए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतर्ों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतर्ों, अन्र् जपछड े वगों, भूतपूवा सैजनकों और अन्र् जविेष प्रवगा के व्यजिर्ों के जलए उपबंध करना अपेजक्षत ह।ै अनसु चू ी पि का नाम पिों की वगीकरण वेतन चर्न सीधी भती दकए िाने वाले व्यजिर्ों के जलए आर्ु-सीमा संख्र् ा मैररक्स में पि हो स्ट् तर र्ा गैर- चर्न पि (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) चमाप्रसाधक 10* सामान्र् केंरीर् वेतन लागू 18 से 27 वषा के बीच (केन्रीर् सरकार द्वारा िारी अनुिेिों सेवा, ग्रुप 'सी', मैररक्स नहीं र्ा आिेिों के अनुसार सरकारी सेवकों के जलए 40 वषा तक ग्रेड -III (2025) स्ट्तर-5 होता। जिजथल की िा सकती ह)ै । अरािपजत्रत, *कार्ाभार (रु. अनुसजचवीर्। के आधार 29200- पर 92300)। रटप्पण:- आर्ु-सीमा अवधाररत करने के जलए जनणाार्क पररवतान तारीख कमाचारी चर्न आर्ोग द्वारा र्था जवज्ञाजपत होगी। संभव है। सीधी भती दकर्े िाने वाले व्यजिर्ों के जलए अपेजक्षत िैजक्षक और अन्र् अहता ाएं। सीधी भती दकए पररवीक्षा िाने वाले व्यजिर्ों अवजध, के जलए जनजहत आर्ु र्दि कोई और िैजक्षक अहता ाएं हो। प्रोन्नत व्यजिर्ों की ििा में लाग ूहोंगी र्ा नहीं। (7) (8) (9) आवश्र्क: लाग ूनही होता िो वषा। (i) दकसी मान्र्ता प्राप्त बोडा र्ा संस्ट्थान से एक जवषर् के रूप में िीवजवज्ञान के साथ 12वीं कक्षा उत्तीणा और केंरीर् सरकार र्ा राज्र् सरकार र्ा संघ राज्र् क्षेत्र प्रिासन र्ा पजललक सेक्टर के उपक्म र्ा स्ट्वार्त्त र्ा स्ट्थानीर् जनकार् द्वारा मान्र्ता प्राप्त संगठन स ेचमा प्रसाधन में 3 वषा का व्यावहाररक अनुभव; र्ा (ii) दकसी मान्र्ता प्राप्त बोडा र्ा संस्ट्थान से एक जवषर् के रूप में िीवजवज्ञान के साथ 12वीं कक्षा उत्तीणा तथा दकसी मान्र्ता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालर् र्ा संस्ट्थान से संग्रहालर् जवज्ञान में जडप्लोमा। रटप्पणी 1.- अहता ाएं, अन्र्था सअु र्हता अभ्र्ार्थार्ों की ििा में कमाचारी र्चन आर्ोग के जववेकानुसार जिजथल की िा सकती ह।ै[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 रटप्पणी 2.- अनुभव संबंधी अहता ाएं कमाचारी चर्न आर्ोग के जववेकानुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतर्ों और अनुसूजचत िनिाजतर्ों के अभ्र्ार्थार्ों की ििा में तब जिजथल की िा सकती ह ै िब चर्न के दकसी प्रक्र् पर कमाचारी र्चन आर्ोग की र्ह रार् ह ै दक उनके जलए आरजक्षत ररजिर्ों को भरने के जलए अपेजक्षत अनुभव रखने वाले उन समुिार्ों के अभ्र्ार्थार्ों के पर्ााप्त संख्र्ा में उपललध होने की संभावना नहीं ह।ै भती की पद्धजत, भती सीधे होगी र्ा पिोन्नजत र्ा र्दि जवभागीर् प्रोन्नजत सजमजत ह,ै तो उसकी भती करने में दकन प्रजतजनर्ुजि र्ा पररजस्ट्ततर्ों में संघ प्रोन्नजत द्वारा र्ा प्रजतजनर्ुजि र्ा संरचना आमेलन द्वारा भती लोक सेवा आर्ोग आमेलन द्वारा तथा जवजभन्न पद्धजतर्ों द्वारा भरी िाने वाली ररजिर्ों का की जस्ट्थजत में, व ेग्रेड से परामिा दकर्ा िाएगा प्रजतितता। जिनसे पिोन्नजत र्ा प्रजतजनर्ुजि र्ा आमेलन दकर्ा िाएगा। (10) (11) (12) (13) कमाचारी चर्न आर्ोग के माध्र्म से लाग ूनहीं होता। जवभागीर् पुजष्टकरण सजमजत (पुजष्ट पर जवचार लाग ूनहीं होता। सीधी भती द्वारा। करने के जलए) जिसमें जनम्नजलजखत होंगे:- रटप्पणी:- पिधारी के प्रजतजनर्ुजि र्ा (i) जनिेिक, भारतीर् लम्बी बीमारी र्ा अध्र्र्न, अवकाि प्राणी सवेक्षण – अध्र्क्ष; पर र्ा अन्र् पररजस्ट्थजतर्ों में एक वष ा (ii) कार्ाालर् प्रमुख, भारतीर् र्ा इससे अजधक अवजध के जलए बाहर वनस्ट्पजत सवेक्षण – सिस्ट्र्; रहने के कारण हुई ररजिर्ां र्ा, (iii) कार्ाालर् प्रमुख, केन्रीर् सरकार में जनर्जमत आधार पर सििृ पि धारण करने वाले र्ा भारतीर् प्राणी सवेक्षण – सिस्ट्र्। वेतन में मैररक्स स्ट्तर-4 (25500- 81100 रुपए) पर पांच वषा की जनर्जमत सेवा कर चुके हों और स्ट्तंभ (7) के अधीन सीधे भती दकए िाने वाले व्यजिर्ों के जलए जवजहत िैजक्षक और अनुभव रखने वाले अजधकाररर्ों से प्रजतजनर्ुजि द्वारा भरी िा सकती ह।ै [फा. स.ं 02/01/2024-सीएसिेड] नमीता प्रसाि, संर्ुि सजचव MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICAION New Delhi, the 25th February, 2025 G.S.R. 161(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Zoological Survey of India (Central Service Class-III posts) Recruitment Rules, 1963, in so far as they relate to the post of Junior Taxidermist, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Taxidermist Grade III in the Zoological Survey of India under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Zoological Survey of India (Taxidermist Grade III) Recruitment Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix. – The number of said post, its classification and level in pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment to the said post, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification. – No person, – (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Savings. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age- limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard SCHEDULE Name of Number of Classification.
