(Emergency) Regulations 2024 Made - - - -at 11.30 a.m. on 17th December 2024 Coming into force with immediate effect The Secretary of State for a reason affecting the public interest deems it necessary to restrict the flying of unmanned aircraft in the area specified in regulation 2(1) by reason of an emergency having arisen there.
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by article 239 of the Air Navigation Order 2016(a).
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Gravesend)
(Emergency) Regulations 2024 and they come into force with immediate effect.
Restricted airspace
2.โ(1) Subject to paragraph (2), no unmanned aircraft is to fly below 600 feet above mean sea level within the area bounded by straight lines joining successively the following pointsโ
(a) 512625N 0002558E,
(b) 512610N 0002734E,
(c) 512533N 0002825E,
(d) 512521N 0002755E,
(e) 512552N 0002714E,
(f) 512601N 0002551E, and
(g) 512625N 0002558E.
(2) These Regulations do not apply to any unmanned aircraft flying in accordance with the permission of the British Transport Police who may be contacted on telephone 07500 825957.

They are intended to be of temporary duration and will be revoked as soon as the emergency in question has passed.
