The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (St Austell Cornwall)
(Emergency) (No. 3) (Revocation) Regulations 2025
Made - - - - at 2.50 p.m. on 10th December 2025
Coming into force with immediate effect
The Secretary of State has decided that it is no longer considered necessary in the public interest to
restrict flying in the area specified in the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (St Austell
Cornwall) (Emergency) (No. 3) Regulations 2025(a).
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by
article 239 of the Air Navigation Order 2016(b).
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (St Austell
Cornwall) (Emergency) (No. 3) (Revocation) Regulations 2025 and they come into force with
immediate effect.
Revocation of Regulations
2. The following regulations are revoked—
(a) the Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (St Austell Cornwall) (Emergency) (No. 3)
Regulations 2025,
(b) the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (St Austell Cornwall) (Emergency) (No. 2)
Regulations 2025(c), and
(c) the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (St Austell Cornwall) (Emergency)
Regulations 2025(d).

These Regulations revoke the statutory instruments which imposed emergency restrictions on
flying in the area specified in the Schedule to that instrument, the emergency in question having
passed.
