Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 125/2023 of 28 April 2023 amending Annex XIII (Transport) to the EEA Agreement [2023/2268]

Whereas:

(1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/97 of 28 January 2021 amending and correcting Regulation

(EU) 2015/640 as regards the introduction of new additional airworthiness requirements(1) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.

(2) Annex XIII to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly,

HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1 The following indent is added in point 66ni (Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/640) of Annex XIII to the EEA Agreement: ‘— 32021 R 0097: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/97 of 28 January 2021 (OJ L 31, 29.1.2021, p. 208).’ Article 2 The text of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/97 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.

Article 3 This Decision shall enter into force on 29 April 2023, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made*, or on the day of the entry into force of Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 115/2023 of 28 April 2023(2), whichever is the later.

Article 4 This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.
