Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 153/2026 of 30 April 2026 amending Annex XIII (Transport) to the EEA Agreement [2026/1530]

Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2026/1530 23.7.2026 DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEENo 153/2026 of 30 April 2026 amending Annex XIII (Transport) to the EEA Agreement [2026/1530] THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2476 of 8 December 2025 amending Regulation (EC) No 474/2006 as regards the list of air carriers banned from operating or subject to operational restrictions within the Union(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/100 of 15 January 2026 amending Regulations (EU) No 748/2012 and (EU) No 1321/2014 as regards the airworthiness review process, the airworthiness certificate and occurrence reporting, and correcting Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014(2)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement (3) Annex XIII to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 Annex XIII to the EEA Agreement is amended as follows: 1. The following indent is added in point 66zab (Commission Regulation (EC) No 474/2006): ‘— 32025 R 2476: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2476 of 8 December 2025 (OJ L, 2025/2476, 9.12.2025).’ 2. The following indent is added in points 66p (Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012) and 66q (Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014): ‘— 32026 R 0100: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/100 of 15 January 2026 (OJ L, 2026/100, 19.1.2026).’ Article 2 The texts of Implementing Regulations (EU) 2025/2476 and (EU) 2026/100 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic. Article 3 This Decision shall enter into force on 1 May 2026, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made(*).
