Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2024/811 21.3.2024 DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 187/2023 of 5 July 2023 amending Annex XIII (Transport) to the EEA Agreement [2024/811] THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/369 of 29 November 2022correcting the Polish language version of Regulation (EU) No 139/2014 laying down requirements and administrative procedures related to aerodromes pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/217 of 1 February 2023 correcting Regulation (EU) No 965/2012, as regards some inconsistencies in requirements introduced by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1387, and Regulations (EU) 2021/1296 and (EU) 2021/2237(2) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (3) Annex XIII to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 Annex XIII to the EEA Agreement shall be amended as follows: 1. The following indent is added in point 66nf (Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012): ‘— 32023 R 0217: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/217 of 1 February 2023 (OJ L 30, 2.2.2023, p. 11).’ 2. The following indent is added in point 66nh (Commission Regulation (EU) No 139/2014): ‘— 32023 R 0369: Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/369 of 29 November 2022 (OJ L 51, 20.2.2023, p. 23).’ Article 2 The texts of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/369 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/217 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
