उपर्युक्त विषयक आपके पत्र संख्या-62684/ई-प्लान-जीर्णिेद्धार (देवरिया) दिनांक 06.7.2025 संदर्भ
में मुझे यह कहने का निदेश हुआ है कि श्री राज्यपाल राजकीय पालीटेक्निके, देवरिया के आवासीय/अनावासीय
भवनों के जीर्णोद्धार एवं सुदढ़ीकरण कराये जाने संबंधी परियोजना की पी७एफ0ए0डी0 द्वारा मूल्यांकित लागत रू0
27.66 लाख पर प्रशासकीय एवं वित्तीय अनुमोदन निम्न शर्तों/प्रतिबन्धों के अधीन प्रदान करते हुए चालू वित्तीय वर्ष
2025-26 में निर्माण कार्य प्रारम्भ किये जाने हेतु संगत मद FSO ।49.63 लाख (रुपये एक करोड़ Sala लाख
तिरेसठ हजार मात्र ) की वित्तीय स्वीकृति सहर्ष प्रदान करतीं हैं-
(॥) वित्त (आय-व्ययक) अनुभाग-4 के क्वार्यलिय NG 27.03.2025 दी गयी व्यवस्था का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित
किया जायेगा।
(2) प्रायोजनान्तर्गत प्रस्तावित्न कार्यो की द्विरावृति को रोकने की ef से प्रायोजना की स्वीकृति से पूर्व सुनिश्चित
किया जायेगा कि स्वीकृत किए जा रहे इस कार्य हेतु पूर्व में राज्य सरकार अथवा किसी अन्य स्रोत से धनराशि
स्वीकृत नहीं. की गई cet ही यह कार्य किसी अन्य कार्य योजना में सम्मिलित है।
(3) स्वीकृत धनराशि का व्यय वित्तीय हस्तपुस्तिकाओं के सुसंगत प्राविधानों एवं समय-समय पर शासन द्वारा
निर्गत SRA के अनुरूप किया जायेगा।
(4) UST धनराशि जिस कार्य/मद में स्वीकृत की जा रही है उसका व्यय प्रत्येक दशा में उसी कार्य/मद में
किया जायेगा।
(5) कार्य की विशिष्टियों, मानक व गुणवत्ता की जिम्मेदारी निदेशक, प्राविधिक शिक्षा की होगी तथा यह
सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि कार्य निर्धारित समय-सीमा अवधि में ही पूर्ण हो जायें।
(6) पी7एफ0ए0डी0 की शर्तो/प्रतिबन्धों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया GAT |
(7) लेबर सेस की धनराशि का भुगतान श्रम विभाग को किया जायेगा।
