(1) प्रश्नगत कायों को सुरक्षा मुख्यािय से कराये जाने के संबंध में सूक्ष्म िघु एिं मध्यम उद्यम अनु-2 के शा0दि0 26.11.2024, उ0प्र0 प्रोक्योरमेदट मैनुअि एिं अदय संगत वित्तीय वनयमों / शासनािेशों तथा समय-समय पर वनगुत दिशा वनिशे ों का अनुपािन सुवनवित दकया जायेगा ।

(2) धनरावश आहररत करने से पूिु उ0प्र0 पुविस मुख्यािय/ सुरक्षा मुख्यािय, उ0प्र0 िखनऊ द्वारा यह सुवनवित कर विया जाए दक उक्त उपकरणों के क्रय हेतु पूिु म ें धनरावश स्िीकृत नहीं की गयी ह ै । स्िीकृत धनरावश का आहरण तभी दकया जायेगा जब उपकरण आदि की वनधाुररत क्रय प्रदक्रया पूणु कर िी गयी हो।

(3) उ0प्र0 पुविस मुख्यािय/ सुरक्षा मुख्यािय, उ0प्र0 िखनऊ कायाुत्मक आिश्यकता के िवृ िगत प्रस्तावित उपकरण के मेक/ मॉडि/ स्पेवसदफकेशन एिं संख्या के सम्बदध में विभागीय व्यिस्थाओं के अदतगुत संतुि हो िेंगे।

(4) पूिु में स्थावपत सभी उपकरणों की िारंटी/गारंटी तथा भविष्य में स्थावपत दकए जान े िािे उपकरणों की िारंटी, अनुरक्षण (Maintenance) एिं इंटीग्रेशन की वजम्मेिारी पूणुतः सुरक्षा मुख्यािय की होगी। अपग्रेडेशन/इंटीग्रेशन के िौरान पूिु स्थावपत दकसी भी उपकरण अथिा प्रणािी को होने िािी दकसी भी प्रकार की क्षवत /खराबी की पूणु वजम्मेिारी सुरक्षा मुख्यािय की होगी।

(5) आगणन में प्रस्तावित एिं अनुमोदित तकनीकी विवशवियों, क्षमता एि ं Performance के अनुरूप ही उपकरण अवधष्ठावपत दकये जायेंगे एिं दकसी भी प्रकार का Degradation नहीं दकया जायेगा।

(6) उ0प्र0 पुविस मुख्यािय/ सुरक्षा मुख्यािय, उ0प्र0 िखनऊ क्रय दकये जाने िािे उपकरण की गुणित्ता एिं उपयोवगता तथा समयादतगुत आपूर्तु के संबंध में पणू ुतः संतुि हो िेंगे ।

(7) उपकरण का क्रय स्िीकृत धनरावश की सीमा में दकया जायेगा तथा दकसी प्रकार का विििन नहीं दकया जायेगा ।

(8) उ0प्र0 पुविस मुख्यािय/ सुरक्षा मुख्यािय, उ0प्र0 िखनऊ द्वारा वित्त (आय-व्ययक) अनुभाग-1, के कायाुिय-ज्ञाप दिनांक 28-03-2026 में िी गयी व्यिस्था का अनुपािन सुवनवित दकया जाएगा ।
