The existing pension scheme under Maharashtra Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1982 and Maharashtra Civil Services (Commutation of Pension) Rules, 1984 and General Provident Fund Scheme would not be applicable to him. 3. His appointment as Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge shall be on probation for a period of two years or until an order declaring him to have satisfactorily completed the period of probation, is made by the Appointing Authority, whichever is later. During the probation period his services are liable to be terminated without notice and without assigning any reason. 4. His seniority will be according to his postition in the select list for the post of Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge. 5. His appointment is made subject to the result of litigation/representation, whether pending, if any, or that may be filed, in which appointment to the post of Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge are/would be challenged. 6. His appiontment to the post of Personal Assistant shall be subject to the outcome of the verification of character and antecedents. 7. His appiontment is subject to being declared medically fit by an appropriate medical Authority. 8. He will have to deposit one month’s Basic Pay in lieu of one month’s notice, in case, he tender resignation without giving prior notice. 9. He will have to submit declaration duly signed by him and his concerned relatives stating that he has not taken any dowry as per provisions of Rule 23-A of the Bombay High Court (Conduct) Rules, 1989, or if unmarried, the same will be required to be submitted after marriage. 10. No. PL(APP)/Steno/2025/7116-230.—Vide High Court Notification dated 11th November 2025, referred above at Sr. No. 2, Mr. Sakib Najirhusen Pirjade, Stenographer Grade-III, District Court, Ahmednagar and Candidate at Sr. No. 12 on the Select List of Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge, was appointed as a Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay purely on temporary and Ad-hoc basis with effect from the date he assumes charge of the said post. By an application dated 21st November 2025, Mr. Pirjade has informed his unwillingness to join his duties as a Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay. Therefore, the appointment of Mr. Sakib Najirhusen Pirjade, on the post of Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay is hereby cancelled. Henceforth, the abovesaid candidate shall have no right of whatsoever nature to claim appointment as a Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge on the establishment of the High Court, Bombay in respect of Select List dated 18th October 2025 referred above at Sr. No.1.
