No. F.4 BYE (6)/SEC/LAW/2025/(ii)/21317 —WHEREAS the State Election Commissioner of
the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Section 12 of
the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, (as amended till date) has called upon the following 12 Wards
of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, to elect Councillors to fill the casual vacancies in the following
wards of Municipal Corporation of Delhi vide Notification No. F.4 BYE (6)/SEC/LAW/2025/(i)/21316

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the said powers and in pursuance of the provisions of Rule
14 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation (Election of Councillors) Rules, 2012, I, Dr. Vijay Dev, the State
Election Commissioner of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby further appoint, with respect of
the above-said bye-elections, the dates for filing of nominations etc. as under:-
(a) Issue OF notification & commencement of
filing of nominations : 03/11/2025 (Monday)
(b) Last date for filing of nominations : 10/11/2025 (Monday)
(c) Date for scrutiny of nominations : 12/11/2025 (Wednesday)
(d) Last date for withdrawal of candidatures : 15/11/2025 (Saturday)
(e) Date of poll, if necessary : 30/11/2025 (Sunday)
(f) Date of counting of votes : 03/12/2025 (Wednesday)

The State Election Commissioner hereby also appoints the hours of poll in respect of the above-
said bye-elections as "07:30 A.M. to 05:30 P.M. (without break)'' as required under rule 34 of the
