Governor of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi had constituted 5th State Fee Regulatory Committee vide Notification Number F.DHE 18(18)/5th SFRC/2020-21/472-83 dated the 12th February, 2020 for the purpose of determining fee for pursuing courses in privately managed institutions offering different courses in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. Further, vide this Government’s Notification Number DHE 4(11)/5th SFRC/2021/1772-82 dated 04.04.2022 the Lt. Governor of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi had notified the fee proposed for the academic Years 2022-2025, recommended by the 5th State Fee Regulatory Committee for the academic Year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub sections (3) and (13) of section 6 of the said Act, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby notifies, that the proposed fees for the academic year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 recommended by the 5th State Fee Regulatory Committee, in Addendum Report, shall be implemented forthwith for pursuing new courses in 14 existing & 03 new unaided institutions affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University for the academic years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25, as per attached Schedule-I. The notified fee shall be applicable prospectively, that is to say only from the date of this notification.
