No 24/78/68-DH(S) Dated 24th September, 1968 and sub-rule(2) of Rule 6 of the Delhi Health Service (Dental Surgeon) Rules, 2022, the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, after the recommendation of the Union Public Service Commission,is pleased to appoint following Officers who were appointed on Contract basis/ Adhoc basis before 01.01.2005 and continue to render service in Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi as Civil[PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 3 Assistant Surgeon, Grade-I(Dental), on the date of notification of these rules, as members of the Delhi Health Service (Dental Surgeon) at the entry level at the initial constitutional stage with effect from 6th May, 2022:- Sl.No. Name D.O.B. 1. However as per provision of rule 9(4) of Delhi Health Service (Dental Surgeon) Rules, 2022, the service rendered by them upto 5th May 2022 shall not be taken into account for determining the length of service or seniority for consideration for promotion on time scale basis subsequent to their placement at the initial constitution stage.
