Any objectionn or suggestionn which may bbe received by the State Govvernment fromm any person wwith respect to the said draftt before th expiryy of the periodd specified abbove will be coonsidered by tthe State Govvernment. Title and commencement.- These ruules may be caalled the Karnnataka State RReserve Police ((Cadre and Recruitment) Ruules, 2020 (2) They shall come into the force from thhe date of theiir final publicaation in the Offfficial Gazette.2 2. Method of recruitment and minimum qualification.- The Karnataka State Reserve Police Services shall consist of each category of posts carrying scale of pay specified in column (2) of the Schedule below, the number of posts, the method of recruitment and the minimum qualification, if any, shall be as specified in the corresponding entries in column (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7) thereof. 3. Repeal and Savings.- The Karnataka State Reserve Police (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009 are hereby repealed: Provided that such repeal shall not affect,- (a) the previous operation of the said rules or anything duly done or any action taken there under, or (b) any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred under the said rules.
