Any objection or suggestion which may be received by the State Government from any person with respect to the said draft before the expiry of the period specified above will be considered by the State Government. Objections and suggestions may be addressed to the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Home Department, VidhanaSoudha, Bangalore – 560 001 DRAFT RULES 1. Title and Commencement:-(1) These rules may be called the Karnataka State Industrial Security Force (Cadre and Recruitment) Rules 2021. (2) They shall come into the force from the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.2 2. Method of Recruitment and Minimum qualification:- The Karnataka State Industrial Security Force shall consist of each category of posts carrying scale of pay specified in column (2) of the Schedule below, the number of posts, method of recruitment and the minimum qualification, if any, shall be as specified in the corresponding entries in column (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7) thereof. 3. Repeal and Savings:-Karnataka State Industrial Security Force (Cadre and Recruitment) Rules 2011 are hereby repealed: Provided that such repeal shall not affect:- (a) the previous operation of the said rules or anything duly done or any action taken there under, or (b) any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred there under.
